Section Title

Dear Friends in Christ,

For 170 years, St. Paul Lutheran Church has connected and walked alongside our community, sharing the love of Jesus.  Many of you have discovered a place to feel loved, welcome, and spiritually fed as you and your family have grown in faith.

In the coming weeks, you will hear more about St. Paul’s exciting ministry plan for 2023. Bulletin mailers, letters, and a brochure will inform you of our congregation’s mission plans for the upcoming year.

Together we are on a mission to connect to our new neighbors, learn to tell our story of God’s love, and encourage one another to grow in our generosity in support of God’s mission.

As part of “The Church of Christ in Every Age” stewardship campaign, you will be invited by letter to prayerfully consider your generosity and how you might increase your generosity for 2023. Please pray about how God is leading you to respond generously.

On Sunday, November 13, as we give thanks for all God has given to us, we will bring our Statement of Intent to worship. If you are not worshipping in person, we ask you to mail your statement of intent to the church by Monday, November 14.  Your Statement of Intent card will arrive via mail the week of November 7, 2022.

Our goal is to have 155 Statements of Intent returned from the congregation. Imagine the ministries that our generosity can support!

Thank you for participating in the ministry of St. Paul Lutheran. Pray for our shared ministry as “The Church of Christ in Every Age” leads us and guides us today and every day.

Go with God,

Pastor Jonathan D. Bull

Mission, Vision, & Core Values

$100 per week

Everything we do as a congregation is connected to our Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Creating and refreshing these is something we do together as a congregation, led by our Visioning Team. To reach this goal, we will have catered meals at three separate gatherings where we will:

  • Share St. Paul's history and how you connect
  • Learn what scriptures have had a profoundly personal impact on your life
  • Hear your story of how St. Paul has played a positive impact on your life
  • Create a display, sharing our guiding statements
  • Vote as a congregation on these guiding statements
